Hi Roast

Postby Charles2012 » Sun Apr 29, 2012 1:29 pm

Hi guys, I'm using an I-roast 2 and have done good
medium roasts using Preset 2. As an experiment I set
up a custom profile which simply added 30 seconds
to stage 1. This produced a full roast, close to burning
with 4 minutes left to go!
Does this sound right?I.e. a small change at the start of
the roast has a major effect. What is the best profile for
a high roast?

Regards,

Charles

Do you mean a dark roast? I think Preset one is good for that.

Hi,

The exact roast either full or high was not really the issue. The real question was Does this sound right?I.e. a small change at the start of the roast has a major effect.
