My first vacpot of my first Burundi coffee ever made the lemony flavors sing. It was pretty bright and acidic, more than I expected, but it only has rested 1 day. I roasted to a City profile in an IR2.

I just got my recent shipment of "sample" coffees from ya'll, and I was pleased to see there was a Burundi buried in the box. I can't wait to try it out..: ")

Love the Ethiopian coffees. I just ordered 5 lbs. each of the IMV and Bonko. I've already gone through most of a 5 lb. bag of the IMV and the Kebado, and have some of the Birbissa DP left. My wife prefers the wet-processed coffee, but I like the funk of the DP coffees.
(I also like Belgian beers, so I'm accustomed to funky flavor in my beverages)
