I got 3 pounds this last month. Full city and FC+ produce roast that are nice but not very spectacular-all the brightness is gone. I like expresso very much so I took it to a Vienna in my modified air popper and the result was very good if not spectacular SO express! So full of flavor and sweet, full but no bitterness...this not a weak espresso, just strong smooth and full of flavor and aroma. I was very surprised.
The coffees I made with Vienna had more body than the FC and FC+ with sugars but not bright. Next is to try just a City roast and see how well it cups.
