In our household we prefer to pair a decaf that will compliment our regular coffee, doing a half and half blend when we brew. We spend much time on your web site looking for decaf coffee characteristics and tastes that seem to pair well with regular coffees we have selected. It would be helpful if you were to list complimentary decafs to the regular coffees on the list. We certainly thank you for the work you put into your site already and appreciate your consideration in regards to our suggestion. Regards, Tom and Leigh

Interesting idea, but why mix the two? Are you trying to reduce caffeine, or do you like the flavor of decaf enough to blend with regular beans?

Hello mldavis2. I take a 24 oz. thermos of coffee to work each day and I do not like getting jittery from caffeine but truly enjoy the taste of the brew. I rarely drink full decaf coffee because I find that it is usually a little flatter tasting than regular. I have not experienced a bad cup due to my blending, especially since I work to blend the two harmoniously, in fact, it is quite wonderful!

I blend decaf and regular, too (1:1). I would also love to see recommended bean pairings for combining regular and decaf.
